My verbal communication style is very direct and personal in nature. I tend to be very clear and explicit in my verbal communication. I like to engage in moderate level of talk and remain as focused as possible on the goal or objective of the conversation. Rather than talking too much, I tend to remain specific and to the point on the topic and clearly deliver my intent or message in a direct manner to the other party. I tend to remain as close as possible to the main point rather than running around in circles. Even if the other party will digress from the task or the topic at hand, I would try to bring back their attention to the topic of discussion and diplomatically seek their help in gaining the required outcome from the conversation. There are times when I might face repulsion or aggression hence during those times it is best to try to calm and divert the attention just twice. If the other party is adamant on being repulsvive, it is better at times to leave the conversation or end it in a polite manner so that the same conversation can be picked up at a later time in a calm state of mind.
