it is difficult topic to discuss, to be frank, there are politics in every organization either it may be a small one or an MNC. because there are many people who looks for power to control others, and in the same way there are many who does not like to work under their guidelines. in this conditions, employees will divide as groups and supports one kind of people or one person.

when the organization has strict and clear policies, these kind of problems will be minimum. so, framing and implementing strict organisational code of ethics, regulations and polocies; the problem can be minimized. and one more thing is, employees should have busy work in all the times, then they can not have time to think about all these kind of issues.
