Joseph was injured in a car accident.  He wishes to initiate a lawsuit against the driver of the other car involved in the accident.  Which document should he file?
A. Complaint
B. Interrogatory

Solution

Since Joseph has a complaint that he got injured because of the accident caused by oppositon driver hence he needs to file a complaint against him i.e. option A. Since option B, C and D are not in line of documenting a case, they are more or less things done after complaint is lodged. Hence option A is correct one.
