Highlighting is permitted in the Chegg Rented Text Books but scribbling and writing in the rented books is strictly not allowed.

Also, according to Chegg rules, as a courtesy to the student who will be renting the books after your usage, please limit the highlighting to very important key points and minimize it as much as possible
