c) If a person took a drug namely myostatin,he cannot be detected easily, because myostatin is generally a gene based drug which is hard to the present technology to detect such a gene based drug. Lack of technology in detecting Myostatin results in giving boostup to the drug addictors and sports persons.

d) EPO is a drug commonly used by athletes as it increases the RBC production which makes sprinter to run more faster than thier actual strength and stamina.

e) Yes he will be allowed in the olympics because it is natural in his body,not artificial.According to Olympic committee,the person who took myostatin artifically is not allowed to participate in the olympics and it is considered as a criminal action.
