Solution
CUTTER COMPENSATION LOOK AHEAD FEATURE:
This feature allows the control to scan few commands of the program. When the cutter moves along a surface, the control looks ahead to see what is coming up in the program so that it can end the current motion in the required manner. It also helps to determine if the tool can completely machine one surface without violating another. If so, the controls will generate an over-cutting alarm. This error generally occurs if the drawing isnt made to proper aspect ratio.
