For the sin10pi how exactly do I calculate that without a ca

For the sin(10pi), how exactly do I calculate that without a calculator? Do I just use unit circle to find sin of pi and multiply that to whatever constant, in this case 10?

So if it was cos(10pi) would it be -10. Ultimately making this equation 1/2(pi + 1)? Just need clarification. Thanks

Plug in the value x T in (10T) 10 Simplify

Solution

The value of sin and cos negate themselves after 180 degreesi.e. and remains same after 360 degreesi.e. 2 .

so if sin 00=0(zero) , then

sin 1800= 0(zero)

similarly sin 3600 =0(zero)

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

for cos 00=1

so cos 1800=-1

cos 3600=1

-----------------------------------------------------------

So after the value becomes negative and after 2 it becomes same.
