a) cos = 1/2

    sin = ½

Both cos and sin are same.

b) cos = ½ ========> = arccos(1/2) = 60 degree

c) sin = ½ ========> = arcsin(1/2) = 30 degree

2)   Using Fig 8b)

a) sin30 = 0.5

    cos 30 = 0.866

b) sin 30 = a/7 =========> a = 0.5*7 = 3.5

c) cos 30 = b/7 =========> b = 6.06
