Mechanical design : Design of Dryed Banana Leaf Pressed Plate and Bowl

The product is about a die or machine, that will take in dryed banana leaf as an raw material. It has a punching unit as well as a die unit. In punching unit, the leave will be cut to a specific shape (round) , and then punched part is supplied to die where it is converted to either plate or bowl or any other shape. These plates, bowl, glass can be used for outdoor lunch/snacks for use and throw purpose instead of made from plastic.

Safety: Food carried in these devices made of banana leaves will not react with the material which was the case with plastic plates. Hence, it is safe for human health.

Ecological: Use and throw plates and bowls made up of plastic are not biodegradable. Hence, it creates problem of disposal after use.
