I\'m forgetting how to do basic algebra :/

How do you solve something like : 4.24= (x)(x)/(.250-x)(.250-x)

I know you can take the sqaure root of both sides and rewrite as: 4.24=x^2/(.250-x)^2

But im not sure where to go from here. Please explain step by step. Thank you!

4.24 = {x/(.25-x)}²

=> 200x² = 848x² + 53 - 424x

(.25 was written as 1/4)

now solve quadratic equation to get 0.16 and 0.49 as answers.
