Use the right triangle and the given information to solve the triangle. a = 4, c = 6; find b. alpha, and beta b = degree (Round to the nearest hundredth as needed.) alpha = degree (Round to the nearest tenth as needed.) beta = degree (Round to the nearest tenth as needed.)

Solution

a = 4 ; c= 6

use pythogorean theoerm : b^2 = c^2 - a^2 = 6^2 - 4^2 = 26 - 16 = 10

b = sqrt(10)

sinalpha =a/c = 4/6

alpha = sin^-1(4/6) = 41.80 deg

beta = 180 - alpha - 90 = 180 - 41.80 -90 = 48.19 deg

 Use the right triangle and the given information to solve the triangle. a = 4, c = 6; find b. alpha, and beta b = degree (Round to the nearest hundredth as nee
