- Every people have their own standards of ethics and they follow that as per their rules and regulation in their personal Life. Ethics are main pillar of morale in person’s life. They are the reason you behave and react to actions of other in daily life.

People develop their ethics as their getting mature and getting older in life. No one has their ethics given to them in heritage but they see certain things, behavior of other people towards them and society in which they live, make them set their ethics. Most of ethical standard people develop is from their parents as they told them earlier in life to not repeat certain mistakes and to be in discipline, those rules and discipline things make people set their ethics. When parent told their children to not to behave in certain way or not argue against elder it help them create foundation of their ethics.

Importance of ethics in workplace:

- Ethics at workplace will control the actions of employees and limit their action at certain point, which will eventually help organization to make safe their assets. Strong ethics in workplace will make employee respect the organization and make them disciplined at workplace. Employee will avoid misusing company properties and do not attempt to perform restricted things, like smoking and using drugs at workplace.

- Ethics will eventually make employee work in disciplined way which ultimately produces better results in workplace. When discipline will be there they tend to finish their responsibility, morality will be there in their work that create better and excellent result for company. In short their productivity will get increase at workplace bringing better results for company.

- When company follows certain ethical rules in their workplace and business society will trust them and give them utmost respect. Better ethics will enhance the public image of company in society and people will be loyal to towards company and show respect for them. Example: The company who take care of environment and produce eco friendly products people automatically buy their product and would happily encourage others to buy also, this way they show the respect towards company.
