first obtaing density in si unit i.e kg/m3
kg=624/1000;
using 1 m3=35.3 feet3
and it is given 0.25 cubic feet
so 35.3*0.25 m3
=12.355 m3
d=0.624/12.355
d=0.0505kg/m3
1 kg=1/3 batman
1m3=264.172 gallons
d=0.505/(3*264.172)
