Mobility (M) is given by grubler criteria

M= 3(L-1)- 2*J1

L=9 (shown in figure)

J= kinematic pair with 1 degree of freedom

For J count all the revolute joints (shown by small circles in the figure) they are 9 revolute joints

and prismatic pair between piston and cylinder which are 2 in number

therefore J= 9+2= 11

M= 3*(9-1)- 2*11= 2

Mobility=2
