The values are not clearly visible , but whatever i am interpreting according to that I am answering.
(a) Total mechanical energy
mass = 15 kg Spring constant K = 100 N/m
Amplitude A = 0.2 m
Total mechanical energy = (1/2)KA² = (0.5)(100)(0.2)² = 2 J
(b)Maximum velocity of the mass = wA
where w is the angular velocity
w= (K/M)^1/2 = 2.5819 rad/s
Maximum mass of the velocity = wA = 2.5819*0.2 = 0.51639 m/s
(c) Velocity = w(A² - X²)^1/2 = 0.5154 m/s
