We Know , Q1 = Q3 and Distance between Q1 - Q4 and Q3 - Q4 is same , Therefore force due to these two charges will balance out.

Now, Net Force will be only because of Q2 charge -
F = kQ2*Q4 / r^2

Where r is the distance between Q2 and Q4 = sqrt((a/2)^2 + (a/2)^2)
r = sqrt((26/2)^2 + (26/2)^2)
r = 18.38 * 10^-2 m

F = 8.9 * 10^9 * 30 * 10^-6 * 34 * 10^-6 / (18.38 * 10^-2)^2 N
F = 268.72 N

Magnitude of Net Electrostatic Force F = 268.72 N
