density of aluminium is 2.7g/cm^3

therefore

90.3 = 2.7 x pi x D^2 /4 x D

D = 3.492cm

D = 0.03492m

NOW resistance

R = resistivity x L/A

R = resistivity x D / 0.25xpixD^2

R = 0.000000966 ohm
