Solution

Force between two electric charge (F) = k*Q1*Q2 /d2

135= 9*1000000000* 4.5* 7* /(1000000000000* d2)

where k = 9* 1000000000 N*m2/ C2

On solving we get distance between the 2 charges = .0458 m= 45.8 mm
