Dear All,

I hope every one is having a good time working in the challenging environment of Arc corp. There is a grave matter of concern, which I would like to discuss with all of you.

There have been many value violation cases in the last quarter owing to the reason of using official mail for discussing gossip and personal talks. This irrelevant talks has increased the bandwidth of the official mail service, owing to which mail deliveries have become slow. Also it is clearly against the company’s policy of using office mail service for official purpose only. Witnessing such irrelevant mails in the office mailbox has turned to be a big embarrassment for many. Also office politics and gossip is highly discouraged by the company.

We will be conducting an open house very soon to discuss the gravity of this unethical practice and the various consequences that the accused may witness. It will be an open platform for discussion and every employee can freely voice his opinion on the matter.
