horizontal velocity=10*cos 50 horizontal accleration=0 vertical velocity=10*sin50 vertical accleration=g=9.8 for vertical motion max. height reached by the ball=h v2=u2-2*g*h 0=(10*sin50)2-2*9.8*h h=2.99 m since the maximum vertical height reached by the ball=2.99 andsince the height of the plateau is 3.6 m the from the ramp balldoes not reaches the plateau.
