Be prepared to either defend or take the other side of each

Be prepared to either defend or take the other side of each of the following propositions using analysis and facts.

1) A two-tier health care system – one that tolerates different standards of access and care according to wealth and social position – is morally unjustified because health care is a basic human right of fundamental importance.

2) A system of socialized medicine like that in Canada is distinctly un-American and will lead to massive rationing of services.

3) In order to have a coherent health care financing system, it is essential to sever the link between employment and insurance.

4) The best feasible way to guarantee everyone access to a decent minimum level of health care is to fund a comprehensive network of public hospitals and outpatient clinics as a safety net for those without health insurance.

Solution

1) A two-tier health care system – one that tolerates different standards of access and care according to wealth and social position – is morally unjustified because health care is a basic human right of fundamental importance

Healthcare systems are kind of system who work very closely to the public and apart from business point of view such systems has some obligations towars society. Healthcare industry in new era has become much worser than private money leneding agencies. Many are focusing on money laundering through wicked ways by diagnosing and other medication programs. So different standards and service level just accoring to wealth cannot be justified because if a person is capable of paying the money everybody comes under same service structure irrespective of his/her background. It is a pure case of violation of human rights. Hospitals are meant for social causes, they are getting many privileges from government because their industry demand human care and preservation. The disparit with wealth , caste and other social discrimination cannot be tolerate anymore.

2) A system of socialized medicine like that in Canada is distinctly un-American and will lead to massive rationing of service

My view point is against the statement.

Racial discrimination is an old hyporcatic culture. The apartheid system has been demolished long time back but still some class of people or society is still under the shadow of the same. In this golobalised world a nation must be flexible and matured enough to accept all diversities. So in a country like canada there are huge base of Americans as well, were they work for Canada country and helping the economoy to move in a faster mode. So socialised medicine distribution Non Canadians are also eligible to receive. The mutual help and sharing concept is the major advantage of globalisation. Govt should find methods to improve their distribution system so that everyone can will be able to avail the benefits.

3) In order to have a coherent health care financing system, it is essential to sever the link between employment and insurance

Do agree to the statement

Healthcare financial system actually causing so much burden to governments of many nations.Along with subscidies from govt side it is essentially to have link between employment and insurance. Nowadays almost all organisation have employee coverage and also schemes for employee family coverage insurance. It must be encourged in organisation and there should be some tax benefits for such schemes related to insurance. Health is wealth for the society and it cannot be neglected. For a midde aged employees it is necessary to have regular chekups to track his health condition. Such precautious and effetive medical support makes healthy society. Nowaday many organisation used to conduct free medical checkups and blood donation campaigns among employees.Such initiatives has to be encouraged and motivated .

4) The best feasible way to guarantee everyone access to a decent minimum level of health care is to fund a comprehensive network of public hospitals and outpatient clinics as a safety net for those without health insurance

Yes, do agree with the statament

Economy always has all classof people. We cannot generalise the condition of a society just by looking one class of people. In this world poor people also has the right to live and their healthy life is also important to the whole society. They wont be in a situation to avail health insurance and do medical checkups. They are class of people who finds difficulties to meet their livelihood. So public hopsitals act as their support organisation to meet their requirments at subscidised rate. More outpatient units has to be started from government funds as many epidemic diseases are spreading across the world where economically backward class pople are very exposed and prone to those due to hygiene issues. Govt free health & hyegiene campaigns and free tablet distribution to backward class people can aid them in facilating to many health realted problems.
