There needs to be an overall introduction to the accounts payable automation process for the people who will attend the training session.

The best way to learn is by practicing, the participants of the session need to bring a laptop because after every module of the accounts payable automation process is teach there will be exercise where they will practices, this is the best time to make mistakes because it is practices not a real account that needs to be paid, also people should be asking as many questions as they want during the session, when you start a new program or project usually you have doubts because you are not too familiar so all the questions are welcome.
