Components of communication process are:
1. Context - Communication gets affected by the context in which it is taken. This context could be physical, social, or may be cultural.Communication is taken forward with context. The sender select the message for communicating within a context.
2. Sender / Encoder - Encoder is the one who sends the message. They use symbols such as words or graphic for conveying the message and get the required result.
3. Message - Message is an idea which the sender wants to communicate. Communication process starts with deciding what the message is to be conveyed. Main objective of the message should be clear and ensured.
4. Medium - Medium means through which you want to exchange the message. The sender should choose a suitable way through which message should be conveyed to the desired recipients.
5. Decoder - Decoder is a concerned person for whom the message is being sent and made. The decoder can understands the message will depend on many factors for instance recipient knowledge and response for message.
6. Feedback - Feedback is a very important component for the communication process. Sender confirms the message interpretating by the decoder. Feedback could be verbal means be words or non-verbal means in the form of smiles, symbols, etc.
