explain how cell organelle are separation by centrifugation
Solution
Answer:
The centrifugation is the process that are mainly used in the field of microbiology and sometimes also in the cytology. This centrifugation procedure can usually be used to seperate the organelles from the cell. the separation is needed because it can be used to analyze or to find out the parts that are present in the cells.
In this process of centrifugation first of all the tissue will have to undergo the breakdown of the membrane of it which is also called as it is undergoing lysis as with the help of the lysis the cell membrane will get break down and will help in the mixing it to the cell. then the mixture which is containing the breakdown of the membrane and which got mixed with the cell will then have to undergo the repeated centrifugation.
After each centrifugaion the mass formed with them is removed and again the centrifugation takes place with increased centrifugal force. and after this procedure has done then the layer is formed and can be useful for the analysis related to the cell.
