A friend says that information is perfect in our economy. He says that he can find out ( read in magazines and newspapers, hear on the radio, or TV) whatever he wants. No one controls information. Explain to your friend how this may not be so, and and the possible implications for rational choice if you are correct.

Solution

The information is spread across the country and world looking after the substance and matter. If the news is intense and could create tension in the territories then government does not allow media to braodcast it. The choice of information is not abandoned but certain inflormation is not displayed on electronic media or print media looking after the security concerns.
