Solution
DNA polymerase III does not occur in eukayotic cells, it is only observed in prokaryotic cells.
The difference between polymerase I and polymerase III is :
1) DNA polymerase I removes the RNA primer and fills in the nucleotides which are necessary for the formation of the DNA in 5\' - 3\' direction. It also helps in proof reading to see if any mistake done while replication.
2) DNA polymerase III helps in the replication of the leading and lagging stands.
