Mathematics is a conceptual system having internal necessity and hence forms to be the building block of the every persons life. Mathematics has a wide applications in all the fields like engineering, science and technology, sociology, psychology etc. Therefore, it is must for every child and every citizen that he should know mathematics to cope with every day life.

Math anxiety is a disabling condition creating panic and ignoring it totally.

Most of the people experience math anxiety avoids taking part or leaving blank in maths exams.

This is due to the fact that :

1) the lack of proper math education or foundation at early or primary education

2) Parents are not educated so they may take interest in childs performance in education such as counting , writing numbers, doing four fundamental operations etc.

3) the person may be avoiding the math class, math test and reading math text book and not spending minimum time with the mathematics,

4) Math can be learnt as a fun at primary level and creates interest in learning math. This must be not done in the persons with anxiety in maths due to lack of proper teacher at their basic or primary level.

5) Importance has not given to the math at their education by ignoring math and giving priority to the other subjects.

In order to overcome this math anxiety, student must be laid a good math foundation at the primary education level with a good math teacher which forms a foundation for the math learning with the interest.

More time to be spend in doing math and by taking help of good math teacher can remove the fear of math.
