a 2/17

b 14/18

c 14/17

d 15/18

e 15/17

Solution

There are total 3+5+10=18 balls in the bag. It is given that first marble is white so number of remaining marbles in the bag is 17 and number of white marbles remaining in the bag is 2. And number of marbles remaining other than white is 15. So the probability that second marble will not white given that first is white will be 15/17. So option e is correct.

A bag contains exactly 3 white, 5 red and 10 blue marbles. A marble picked at random is white. From the remaining marbles in the bag another marble is to be pic
