A vehicle emissions testing station has been modeled in PROMODEL as a single-server queuing system, where the entities are \"cars\" arriving for inspection and the server is the \"inspection station\". Customers are required to wait with their cars. Twenty replications of this model were run, using a two-hour \"warm-up\" period to remove initialization bias. The model was then run for 12 hours (720 minutes). The following tables show some of the output results: Using statistical evidence, discuss whether this single-server inspection station is adequate or not to get customers quickly through the annual inspection process.
