(3) Solution:-

Modulus of resilience(ur) = y2/(2*E)

= 3002/(2*2*105)

= 0.225 MPa    Answer

Modulus of toughness(ut) = Area of stress strain diagram

                                       = 1/2* 300*0.0015 + 300*0.0485 + 300*0.2 + 1/2* 150*0.2

                                         = 89.775 MPa    Answer
