SWOT - it is a tool used to determine strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats. This model is mainly used by organizations, but can also be used for individual analysis.

I am giving the personal SWOT analysis for a stock/shares analyst in USA -

strengths - strong research skill, good contacts in the industry, good presentation and writing skills

weaknesses - poor knowledge of derivatives, zero knowledge of commodities trading

opportunities - future opportunities in T-0 trading, future opportunities in bonds and debentures market and fixed income research

threats - poor show of capital markets in future resulting in lower IPOs (initial public offerings)
