Referring to A201 2007, write supplementary conditions, from the contractor’s standpoint, that change the language of §3.7.4 to suit you better. Another way, identify what you don’t like about this section and submit the changes that make it more palatable to you. (Just looking for more ideas)

Solution

Article §3.7.4

If the contractor incounter the conditions at the site that are 1.Subsurface or otherwise concealed the physical conditions that differ form the contract document or 2.Unknown physical activity of an unsual naturethat differ from standard of construction or which is reduce the standard of quality.after that the Contractor shall promtly provide notice to the Owner and the architech before the condition are disturbed and no event later than 21 days after first observance of unusual activity.

The architech invetigate such conditions and if architech determines that the condition is differ from the original contract or reduce the quality of the product or any other condition will reccomend an equitable adustment in contract quality,time and sum.if the architech determines the condition do not differ from the origin condition then the archtech will promtly notice the owner and the contractor in writing,stating the reason.If either party disputes the determination and reccomendation that party proceed to Article 15.

In my piont of view article isvery suitable for yhe site.I just thought that time to for investigation is more it should be less than 21days just becaused not delay the proect more or put The contractor stand by condition untill or unless invtigation is done.
