Homing is an animal\'s ability to return to its territory after traveling very far from it. Like homing pigeon does.

They navigate their way by:

2.sun compass:- Birds flying in daytime uses sun rays to navigate.On overcast days they still navigate through the pattern of polarization of light in the sky at the sunset point.

3.steller navigation

4.magnetic cues-Birds have a magnetic sense.
