a) Z-score when 20% of the tail is at left means 20% of the area at left tailed i.e z = -0.8

b) 40% in the tail on the right mean 60% of the area under curve i.e z =  0.26

c) 75% in the body on the left means 75% of the area under curve i.e z = 0.68

d) 99% in the body on the right means 99% of the body is under curve at right means at z value at 0.1 z = -2.33
