The red hot loop may kill many micro-organisms which can not tollerarate.The loop may create aerosol when it touches the media containg micro-organisms.Hot loop may also boil some of the broth and bacteria and thus creates a bacteria containing aerosol.This air-borne bacteria may have the chance of entering into respiratory tract or any other part of the body.
