Look the 5\'-3\' frame 1 , 2 which has more than one stop codon even in middle of sequences alsomthey both start with stop codon. same we see in 3\'-5\' direction frame 1, 2 and 3 all of them are having more than one stop codon with met sequecne any where in between .
The most correct frame sequence is 5\'-3 direction Frame 3 which start with Met and only one stop codon at the end of sequences.
