A person has agreed to participate in an extrasensory perception (ESP) experiment. He is asked to randomly pick two numbers between 0 and 9, inclusive. The second number must be different from the first. Let H = event the first number is 2, and K=event the second number picked exceeds 3.

Determine  P(K | H). Round to three decimal places.

Sample Space : { 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 }

H = Event the first number is 2

K = Event the second number picked exceeds 3

P(H) = 1/10 =0.1

P(H and K) = 1/10 * 6/9 = 0.067

Therefore,

P(K/H) = P( H and K) / P(H)

= 0.0667 / 0.1
