the signals are same,that are been scaled on both the axes

x(t) on t axis has the signal upto 4th division while y(t) to 2nd

so x(t) is scaled by 2times that of y(t) on taxis=> x(t)=y(t/2)

now the yaxis of x(t) and y(t) represents amplitude of the signal..

y(t) got 4 while x(t) has 2..i.e, x(t) is half the amplitude of y(t)

finally x(t) = 1/2 y(t/2)
