I would like to know human sources of error when calculating the potential critical locations, critical dimaters and performing force analysis.

Solution

As per the given figure it is very clear that the pinion gear mounted on shaft AB is wrongly placed if the given figure is in first angle orthographic projection.i.e. the on the left part of figure the small pinion gear should lie below the larger gear.
