C2 and C3 are in series ,so

1/C23 = 1/C2 + 1/C3 = 1/9.1 + 1/26

C23=6.74 uF

C1 and C23 are in parallel ,so equivalent capacitance is

CAB=C1+C23 = 6.74+14

CAB =20.74 uF
