abstract: The logic for data analisis is to examine or analize the raw data and draw a conclusion regarding it.Data analysis tool or method nowdays has become a most popular and versatile, to analize any kind of data whether qualitative or quantitaive in a graphical or numerical or a normal way . Data virtualization is also a part of Data analysis where the raw data can be easily plot in an animated or graphical or in a numerical way.

main body:

The term data analysis is used to obtain the useful or usable data irrespective of whether the data is qualitative or quantitative in any way.

The main aim of data analysis is to describe and summarize the data in a pre-defined way.

The term analysis of data is a process of :

1)Data requirement: the data required for the input based upon the requirements.
2)Data collection : the collection of data from a variety of sources
3)Data processing : data obtained in the starting must be organized for analysis. must be put in database for further use.
4)Data cleaning : once the data is organized in database the redundancy( means duplicacy)should get removed
5)Exploratory data analysis: As the data is cleaned now it must be analized with a variety of technique.
6)Modeling and algorithm: this process is for graphical representation of the data the user is getting after the analysis.
7)Data product: it can be called as the computer application which gets the input data anlize and gives back the output in a systametic way.
8)Communication: as now data is analized and presented to the client for any futher correction or getting the reviews from their respective client about the results achieved.
