1. Yes i agree with the articles. Profit hospitals are very much commercialised. It is insane to turn away patients in the critical condition. There have been evidences showing that profit hospitals turn down patients who they believe will not be able to pay for the treatment.

Yes, profit hospitals need more regulations so that quality of the health care does not get deteroited and employees are treated fairly.

2. Yes, more regulation may lead to the  prohibition of the research that not for profit hospitals are able to do to improve the population health in the United States. This is because due too mcuh regulations, these hospitals might loose incentive to invest in the health care.

According to the articles, the performance of the for-profit hospitals take better than that of non-profit hospitals. For-profit hospitals provide better care of the patients.

3. Following points from the articles might be helpful to write summary.

a. For-profit health care institutions do not contribute their \"fair share\" to society.

b. regulations are needed to ensure that employees are treated fairly and that health care quality not erode.

c. Both type of hospitals behave almost similarly.

d. The majority of the health care provided in U.S is Non-profit while share of for-profit is increasing.
