Null hypothesis: they are not differenes in mean diatom diameters among the three ponds (i.e. null hypothesis)
Alternative hypothesis: they are differenes in mean diatom diameters among the three ponds (i.e. alternative hypothesis)
The test statistic is

The p-value of F test is 0.0156 (from F table)
Since the p-value is less than 0.05, we reject Ho.
So we can conclude that they are differenes in mean diatom diameters among the three ponds
