One of the potential problems of the future will be the availability of the drugs and if not available what could be the probable troubleshooting and organ availability in particular which are already in shortage. One of the reasons that some medications are falling short of is the economic perspective for the pharmaceutical companies. Some generic drugs that are falling short of due to the fact that these companies have not much profit in making them. To overcome this problem we have to fix some incentives for the companies so that the expensive drugs will be available at a large scale from corner to corner of the country. Although it is tried to some extent but still the Food and Drug Administration still expects shortages to occur in the future. It is also advisable that some drugs like immunosuppressant drugs may be provided to organ donors and recipients. To overcome the problems of organs for donation like livers, more research is needed in the field and more information and awareness programs should be held. Regarding the organ donation, less data base is available regarding the organ donors and recipients, softwares should be designed which will keep accurate regard of the data base of the organ donors and recipients. It is also argued that there should be the availability of the reserved markets, where families of deceased individuals could sell the rights to the decedent’s organs. It is also proposed that people should be given the rights so that they could donate their organs upon their death.
