How do you define a species for asexually reproducing organisms; organisms that do not interbreed? Since the offspring of these organisms are identical to their parents - is each individual and its offspring a species?

  Solution
Asexually reproducing organisms like bacteria which reproduce by binary fission and do not inter breed cannot be considered as a separate species. Each individual and its offspring can be considered as a member of the same species but not a new species.
