Hello, I am having some trouble with a case problem in my management science class. We use the text \"an introduction to management science\" 13th ed. The problem i\'m focused on is chapter 4 case problem 1, the problem is planning for an advertising campaign and the problem works on top of itself so I\'m stuck! I went to the solutions on the website but the question hasn\'t been answered. Please help on this problem and the 5 questions.

The problem is planning for an advertising campaign :
Definition of Planning :
A basic management function involving formulation of one or more detailed plans to achieve optimum balance of needs or demands with the available resources. The planning process
(1) identifies the goals or objectives to be achieved,
(2) formulates strategies to achieve them,
(3) arranges or creates the means required, and
(4) implements, directs, and monitors all steps in their proper sequence.
Meaning of advertisement campaign :
An advertising campaign is typically broadcast through several media channels. It may focus on a common theme and one or few brands or products, or be directed at a particular segment of the population. Successful advertising campaigns achieve far more than the sporadic advertising, and may last from a few weeks and months to years
Following are the important steps in planning of advertisement camping :
Planning of advertising campaigning moves around these steps. Now the problems are directly or indirectly associated with above mentioned points.
Problem 1 :
While selecting target market its difficult to understand customer behavior , attitude , buying pattern.These variable are always chaining so while making the planning of selecting target market its difficult to implement.
Problem 2
To set Advertisement objectives is difficult task as the market conditions are changing.Also this is challenging to add all features of product in advertisements.
Problem 3
Advertising budget :
To prepare & allocate the advertising budget is again challenging task. Advertises needs to be renewal , update , needs to change after some time so budget is important
Problem 4
Creative Strategy
To prepare a creative strategy every time is very tedious task.Creative graphic or appearance create a strong impact on customers mind.
Problem 5
Selection of media is very crucial task, as this needs to be have very much critical analysis of market
Problem 6
To measure the effectiveness of advertisements is the final & important challenging task.
