     The figure below show an images of Pac-Man from the classic video game. The \"mouth\" of Pac-Man forms a central angle of 55.0 degree in a circle with radius 4.00 millimeters.  Find the length of the Pac-Man (including the sides of the mouth).  mm  (b) Find the area enclosed by Pac-Man.  mm^2

(a) You know the mouth parts are each 4.00 mm. The circle part is (360 - 55) = 305/360 of a full circle with circumference 2 • 4.00 •  so you\'d do [(305/360) • 2 • 4.00 • ] + 8.00 = 29.3 mm
 
 (b) you know the area is 305/360 of the area of a full circle with radius 4 mm,
 so that\'s  r^2 or 16.
 So do (305/360) • (16) = 42.6 mm^2
