a) is not a possible wave function;in figure a it starts at origin,

the wave function should be continueous ,the first order and second order derivatives should also be continuous .

d) is not a possible , since the wave funciton in figure d is not single valued with respect to x

e) is not possible wavefunction ; since the wave function in figure e, is discontinuous at a value of x.
