We have to refer  z score table in this question:

Proprtion of values that lies less than z= -1.25 i.e. z> = 1.25 = 1- ( 0.5 +0.39435)= 0.10565

Proprtion of values that lies less than z= 0.80 i.e. z< = 0.80 = 0.78814

Propertion that lies between these two a score = 0.78814 -0.10565 =0.68249

Proportion of values does not lie between the tw z scores = 1 - 0.68249 = 0.3175
