The ecg is normal the waves happen take place after the same regular intervals without any different.Moreover it shows 60 - 100 beats per minute which is usually 82 bpm. It also shows that all the important intervals on this recording are within normal ranges As a result the patient has a normal Ecg and maybe suffering from anxiety and thats why he has chest pain.
